MEET WENDHY
Hi, I'm Wendhy — founder of FirePeak Media. I help home service businesses turn missed calls into booked jobs, build real online visibility, and create systems that keep work coming in consistently. I started this agency because I've lived the small business hustle firsthand, and I genuinely love helping others grow.
My background isn't what you'd expect — I spent almost ten years running a portrait studio in Las Vegas before pivoting into digital marketing. Life brought our family to Utah for my son's medical care, and that shift ultimately led me to build FirePeak Media from the ground up.
Today, I get to combine the creative side, the business experience, and a genuine desire to see small businesses win.
How It All Started
I didn't plan on ending up in digital marketing. I went to college for Finance. But a photography class my freshman year completely changed my path. I ended up running a portrait studio in Las Vegas for almost ten years, and that's where I learned what it really takes to keep a small business alive.
When my son was born with spina bifida, everything shifted. We relocated to Utah to be closer to his medical team and I had to close the studio. Once life found a new rhythm, I joined a marketing agency, sharpened my skills, and realized.. I had the experience, I had the passion, and I was ready to build something of my own.
That's how FirePeak Media was born. We're a small, family-owned agency based in Lehi, Utah, serving businesses across the United States. We help small businesses get found online, generate leads, and grow in ways they didn't think were possible. Seeing that happen never gets old, it's exactly why we do this.
What Matters Most
Every day, my son shows me what true strength looks like. He was born with spina bifida, and watching him work twice as hard as anyone else just to do everyday things — that never stops pushing me to do better and be better. He's my "why." Everything I've built, I've built with him in mind.
That’s also why I built FirePeak Media around flexibility and purpose — so I could grow something meaningful while still being there for the moments that matter most. Being fully present as a mother while building a business I care deeply about has always been the goal.
I truly believe that any business can succeed when you know your "why." It's what keeps the fire burning when things get hard, when growth feels slow, and when the road gets bumpy. Mine is pretty clear, and he reminds me every single day.
Outside of work, family is everything to me. The same values that drive me at home are the ones I bring into every client relationship—showing up, caring about the details, and never giving up until we get it right.
